Take the core link that i will provide at the end of the page, and replace the UiD with your friend's, and also replace the gift, with the one you want.
You can create a list that you can visit daily, if you create links from all your Frontierville friend's UiD's.
The RED marked area is the UiD, The BLUE marked area is the part which you replace with gift code of the item you want
